The McMahan Law Firm is committed to excellence in the representation of injured clients. Our firm specializes in personal injury cases, and Mr. McMahan is a board certified civil trial specialist and a medical malpractice specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

Board Certification As a board certified attorney, Mr. McMahan has taken the extra time and effort to meet all the standards set forth by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. This certification is similar in philosophy to the medical profession wherein most medical doctors are board certified in a specialty area. He has also been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization. (Mr. Burks and Mr. Solomon are also certified as Civil Trial Specialists.)

Specialized Services Our firm represents selected clients who have suffered personal injuries in automobile and tractor-trailer collisions, in slip and falls, and in on-the-job injuries, as well as Social Security Claims.

Fees We represent clients on a contingency fee basis. This means that our firm does not collect an attorney's fee unless there is a recovery of money damages. There is no charge for the initial consultation.

Client Service & Communication All of our clients complete a New Client Information Sheet, and execute a contract, which specifically describes our fee arrangements. It is our policy that all telephone calls from clients are returned within a 24-hour period. We also provide our clients with copies of all important documents that affect their case.
