Our Areas of Practice
There were 5,505,000 auto accidents reported to the police in the United States in 2009. This latest accident statistic from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is a dark reminder that the likelihood of any one of us being involved in a traffic accident during our lifetime is pretty high. Remember, too, there are plenty of driving accidents that never even get reported to the police each year.
The better news, though, is that 3,957,000 of those 2009 auto accidents involved property damage only. The bad news is that more than 2,000,000 people suffered a personal injury in those accidents. Even worse–nearly 34,000 people died.
When it comes down to it, auto accidents leave a lot of money and reputation at stake for all the parties who end up involved in one. Insurance companies want to save big bucks on their clients’ claims. Vehicle manufacturers sell fewer cars after mechanical errors or poor results on safety studies. Shipping companies cut corners on tractor-trailer maintenance and their truck drivers drive longer hours than the law allows just aiming to keep money in their pockets. The list goes on…
But, what about you–the auto accident victim?
Don’t let big business get in the way of your needs after the accident. Ask The Insiders to look after your auto accident claims. We know how to make sure the insurance company takes care of YOU all along the road to recovery.
In 2009, The Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor recorded more than 3,000,000 cases in which private sector employees sustained an injury at work or were diagnosed with an occupational disease. Though businesses have insurance for times when an employee gets hurt on the job, a workers’ compensation payout can mean a big financial loss for a company of any size.
Workers’ comp laws are in constant flux and they vary from state-to-state, company-to-company and person-to-person. Plus, all occupational injuries and illnesses come about because of different sets of circumstances; sometimes even bosses don’t know the current state of things when it comes to what workers’ comp insurance covers and how your needs can best be met.
A majority of workplace injuries require just a quick visit to a doctor, but others can lead to a lifetime of therapy. No matter how much coverage you need, don’t wait until your workers’ comp claim gets mired in corporate red tape before you ask for help. As soon as you’ve been hurt on the job or diagnosed with an occupational illness, ask The Insiders for assistance with filing your workers’ comp claim.
Social Security Disability
Everyone who works pays into Social Security in case of a future need for disability benefits. Unfortunately, it’s just not that easy to get those disability benefits back out of the system when we need them. It’s confusing to figure out exactly what the Social Security Administration needs to see in order to approve disability payments. If you’re stuck in all the red tape, or if you already have been denied your benefits, Ask The Insiders for assistance filing your claim or appeal for disability benefits.
A defective or incorrectly marketed drug or medical product can injure consumers individually or en masse. It’s the responsibility of medical manufacturers to do plenty of safety and side effects testing before their product hits the consumer market. When applicable, they are responsible for providing sufficient warnings about known side effects.

Slip & Fall
Premises liability law covers situations in which a property owner’s negligence results in someone’s personal injury. A slip-and-fall injury is just one type of personal injury covered by premises liability laws, but any injury claim of this type needs to be based upon a property owner’s blatant negligence and proof that the victim did nothing to bring about his or her own injury.Learn More Here
Nursing Home Abuse
Elder abuse has become an unfortunate and increasing trend inside America’s nursing homes and also amongst home elder care providers. The lack of a nationwide tracking system for abuse of the elderly leaves us with only an estimate that between 1 and 2 million seniors age 65 and older have suffered physically, emotionally and/or financially because of their caregiver. Ask The Insiders for guidance if you suspect a loved one is being abused or neglected. It can be delicate work to ensure patients’ safety as we seek justice for all seniors who have been under the care of the suspected abuser.Learn More Here
