On Jan. 14, folks in and around Chattanooga are invited to attend a benefit for the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
Guests will enjoy live music, dancing, gourmet food stations, an open bar, and a live auction– all against the backdrop of the Food Bank warehouse at 2009 Curtain Pole Road!
Food will be catered by restaurants and caterers from Chattanooga and the surrounding area! Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, St. John’s Restaurant, Link Forty-One, Chattanooga Cupcakes, and Stone Cup Coffee are among the local eateries that will provide delicious food and drinks for attendees at HullaBowloo. Catering outfits from Covenant College, Baylor School, Greenlife grocery, and Sewanee: The University of the South will also offer an array of hot food and desserts.
Menus offered by these gracious HullaBowloo sponsors feature items like shrimp and grits, jambalaya, spinach and jalapeno tamales, Tennessee pulled pork and corn bread waffles, chicken and porcini mushroom remoulade, grilled chicken and balsamic penne, and much, much more! For dessert, attendees will enjoy sweet treats such as miniature cupcakes and hot chocolate shooters.
Music will play throughout the night, provided by the following acts:
Rubiks Groove, a Live 80s Dance Party
Mountain Cove Bluegrass, a group of young musicians ages 15 – 18 which formed during lunch periods at two Chattanooga schools
Matt Downer, a one-man band playing traditional, regional music on banjo and fiddle
Pontiac Blue, a soulful blues group
The event will rage on from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.!
