Richard (Ricky) Taliaferro, a Chattanooga native, has over 30 years of legal experience. He earned his B.A. with high honors in Political Science and a minor in History from Tulane University and the University of Tennessee. In 1991, he obtained his J.D. from the University of Tennessee Law School.
Ricky brings with him extensive experience from his decades of practice in North Georgia, where he specialized in worker’s compensation, domestic law, bankruptcy, and Social Security disability. For the past 15 years, his focus has been on helping individuals obtain Social Security disability benefits.
