Richard Taliaferro, a Chattanooga native, brings more than 30 years of legal experience to The McMahan Law Firm, Tennessee’s largest Social Security law firm. He earned his B.A. with high honors in Political Science and a minor in History from Tulane University and the University of Tennessee. In 1991, he obtained his J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
Over the decades, Ricky built his practice in North Georgia with a focus on workers’ compensation, domestic law, bankruptcy, and Social Security disability. For the past 15 years, he has concentrated his efforts on helping individuals access the Social Security Disability benefits they need and could deserve.
