Mr. Hollis received his law degree from Mercer University (Walter F. George School of Law) and has practiced in civil litigation for 35 years, representing plaintiffs as well as defendants in the areas of personal injury, auto accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, trucking accidents and general liability. He is also a Rule 31 General Civil Listed Mediator as authorized by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission established by the Tennessee Supreme Court. “His prior experience in providing defense service to insurance companies and their insureds provides valuable insight in representing individuals with claims against insurance companies,” officials said.
